Salesperson Reports - Commission Report

The Salesperson Commission Report shows salesperson commissions. You can print the report:

• by invoice per salesperson and totals for the month
• by line of each invoice and total per month
• grand total per salesperson for the month
• month to date and year to date figures.

1. Select REPORTS | SALESPERSON REPORTS | COMMISSION REPORT.

Micronet displays the Select Report screen with a list of report layout options created in the Report Generator.

2. Select a format for the report then select Ok.

Micronet displays a User Defined Questions screen, which differs depending on the report layout you selected. This screen shows the User Defined Questions screen for the Commission Report - by Invoice layout.

3. Enter or select the starting and ending values for the report (e.g. salesperson IDs, dates or class).

4. Select the Ok button.

Micronet displays the Select Output Device screen.

5. Select whether you want the report displayed on screen, printed, saved to a specific type of file, faxed, or emailed in a specific format.
